The
Reach for the Stars Foundation has identified three councils that
will afford the necessary financial support to help make a difference
in the lives of those children, young adults and families afflicted
with and affected by Cystic Fibrosis (CF).
It
is through the commitment and dedication that these individuals
and corporations provide that will enable us to develop and execute
the many needed programs and services that we must offer to the
CF population.
Please consider
joining one of the following councils to solidify your commitment
and help us make a difference.

Founder's
Council
|
Members
of the Founder's council will make a commitment to donate a total
of $50,000 over a five year period, to the foundation. Members of
the Founder's Council will be considered honorary donors. While Members
of this Council will always be noted for their dedication and commitment,
additional annual donations will be noted. The Founder's council will
be prominently listed in Foundation Publications. |

President's
Council
|
Members
of the President's Council commit to donate $15,000 over a three year
period to the foundation. The President's Council will be acknowledged
in Foundation Publications. |

Advisory
Council
|
Members
of the Advisory Council dwill make a $5,000 donation to the foundation
over a two year period. The Advisory Council will be noted in Foundation
Publications.

* There
will be an annual meeting held for each of the above mentioned Councils.
It is our hope that individuals involved in these councils will participate
in any way possible to help us ensure a better quality of life for
CF afflicted children and young adults and their respective families.
