February 15, 2002, , Miami Shores, FL - Dolphin quarterback Jay Fiedler spent his second day as the team's highest-paid offensive player helping raise money for others.

Fiedler and teammates Arturo Freeman and Adewale Ogunleye visited Miami Country Day school Thursday as part of a fund-raiser for the Reach For the Stars Foundation benefiting individuals with cystic Fibrosis. The foundation was started in November by Fiedler's agent, Brian Levy, and his wife, Stacey, whose 10-year-old daughter, Ellie, has the disease.

The players' appearance helped raise roughly $30,000.

"I think being the founding chairman, [Fiedler} has been a wonderful spearhead of what we're trying to accomplish," Brian Levy said. "we're going to really be able to help kids." -----
